Located on land perfectly suited for the cultivation of vines and well exposed to the sun, the Cascina Ronco vineyards provide particularly fine grapes, which allow the production of wines with the most pleasant characteristics.

Barbera, the spearhead of the company, occupies around 80% of the nine hectares of the vineyards, grown in the traditional manner with tight planting layouts, limited mechanization and use of pesticides in order to obtain an optimal healthy product.

Furthermore, a manual thinning of the grapes during the first ten days of August, guarantees the perfect maturation of the grapes and optimal organoleptic characteristics for the production of the Cascina Ronco’s D.O.C. wines.
